Appointments and promotions at Wings Global Travel, Omni Hotels & Resorts and Chapman Freeborn OBC

Wings Global Travel has named Karen Janssen as its new chief technology officer, leading tech strategy and operations for the travel management company across its global operations. She was previously  global CIO for Corporate Travel Management and prior to that was head of IT service operations for Flight Centre Travel Group. She will be based in Wings’ London headquarters and will lead the tech strategy there as well as for the TMC’s operations in Europe, the US, Latin America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed former Accor Group executive Adam Hayashi its new chief revenue officer. Hayashi formerly served as global vice president  of revenue management, distribution and business intelligence for Accor’s Fairmont and Raffles brands. At Omni, he’s tasked with “helping Omni achieve strategic goals related to maximizing topline revenue performance and capturing greater market share,” according to the company.

Chapman Freeborn OBC the door-to-door hand-carry shipping provider and subsidiary of Chapman Freeborn Group has named Chris Cerbini to senior vice president. He will have oversight of all business activities in the Americas as well as responsibility for enhancing services to meet the evolving needs of a variety of industries ranging from automotive, aerospace, and entertainment, to fashion, life sciences and more. Cerbini  joined the company in 2023 and spent nearly 15 years with World Courier a specialist in the worldwide delivery of biopharmaceutical products.
