Openings in Pasadena, Calif.; Almaty, Kazakhstan; and New York
Pasadena, Calif. — The AC Hotel Pasadena has opened with 194 rooms in the heart of Pasadena’s Playhouse Village. The property has over 9,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, the AC Kitchen restaurant, the AC Café and the AC Library.
Almaty, Kazakhstan — Sadu Hotel Almaty, a member of Radisson Individuals, has opened, marking the first for the brand in the country. The 81-room property offers four dining venues, a seasonal pool bar, a large relaxation center with a sauna and 2,500 square feet of event space.
New York — Now Now NoHo, a “sleeper cabin hotel,” has opened, featuring 180 small sleeper cabins that, according to an announcement, combine the nostalgia of European train cars with the ingenuity of Japanese capsule hotels. Each cabin has a robe, a sound machine and hotel-branded amenities that include an eye mask, earplugs and slippers. There’s also a guest lounge.
