According to an announcement, it features the largest rooftop space in the country, with capacity for 219 guests in a cocktail-style setup. The 322-room property also offers several dining venues and a fitness center.

Clarksville, Tenn. — Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clarksville North has opened with 112 rooms. It offers a fitness center, indoor pool and 309 square feet of flexible meeting space.

San Marcos, Texas — LivAway Suites-San Marcos has opened; it is the first for the brand of many planned for the state. Amenities include in-room kitchens, a fitness center and laundry facilities.

Mission, Texas — The dual-branded Candlewood Suites and Avid Hotel Mission East-McAllen Area has opened. Both hotels offer free breakfast, 24-hour market and a fitness center. Rooms at the Candlewood Suites offer kitchenettes.

Sterling, Colo. — Extended Stay America Select Suites – Sterling has opened. The 104-room property offers rooms with kitchens, free breakfast, an indoor pool, a recreation room and on-site guest laundry.
