Fort Lauderdale — Omni Fort Lauderdale has opened, marking the brand’s return to South Florida after more than 20 years. (Omni had a property in Miami that was rebranded in 2000.)  The property has 801 rooms (including 82 suites),  seven dining venues, a full-service spa and fitness center, over 120,000 square feet of meeting space and a pool deck. There is direct access to the convention center, and the airport is about a 15-minute drive away.

Lincoln, Neb. — The Drury Plaza Hotel Lincoln Downtown has opened with 200 rooms. Amenities and services include business and fitness centers, indoor pool and spa, several dining options and 2,400 square feet of meeting space.

North Conway, N.H. — Hotel Indigo North Conway has opened with 70 rooms and suites. It features a restaurant and bar, a spa, meeting space, fitness center and indoor heated pool.

Huntsville, Ala. — Hyatt Studios Huntsville has opened with 120 apartment suites, each with a kitchen, lounge area and workspace. Amenities include a 24/7 market, free breakfast, EV charging stations, a fitness studio and self-service laundry. There is also a 623-square-foot meeting room.

Halifax, Canada — Staybridge Suites Halifax-Dartmouth has opened with 45 suites. If offers an indoor pool, a fitness center, free breakfast and an outdoor patio with firepits and grills. Rooms feature full kitchens and living areas.
