Managed by AvantStay, a short-term rental operator, the property offers a pool, rooftop terrace, 24-hour concierge and check-in, and two themed live-work suites. The ground floor includes a lobby lounge, retail spaces and a corner restaurant space planned to open later this year.

Albuquerque — Garner Albuquerque Airport has opened with 100 rooms. It features a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness center and 513 square feet of flexible meeting space.

Philadelphia — The Heid Lofts by Reside, a Wyndham Residence has opened with 96 units in the Parkway Museum district. Offering extended stay accommodations, the property provides units with full kitchens and in-suite laundries.

Indore, India — The Radisson Red Indore has opened with 115 rooms and suites. It has an all-day restaurant, a fitness center and a rooftop infinity pool. There is also a bar, a boardroom for corporate meetings, and indoor and outdoor event venues.
