HotelHub, a hotel technology provider to TMC, announced that its content aggregation technology is now available to TMCs via Concur Travel’s Hotel Connector.
In launching the integration, said the announcement, HotelHub and SAP Concur are removing traditional barriers to hotel distribution and empowering TMCs to meet their corporate clients’ ever-growing demands for more hotel content. The new release, said the announcement, will transform how TMCs manage and book accommodations, providing seamless access to all their preferred hotel content within the new Concur Travel workflow and eliminating the need to search elsewhere.
This turnkey solution for TMCs unlocks HotelHub tools and features in the new Concur Travel, including:
- Dynamic GDS and non-GDS hotel content configuration and preferencing
- Quality hotel content, de-duplication and normalization
- PNR integration and end-to-end agency workflow
- Travel policy compliance
- Enhanced search filters
- Detailed property information
With HotelHub technology at their fingertips, said the announcement, not only will TMCs be able to deliver the hotel content their customers want to see, but they will also have the control to drive more commercially advantageous bookings by optimizing the visibility of preferred content. And by integrating these capabilities within Concur Travel, TMC customers benefit from an enhanced, efficient and reliable booking experience with no disruption to the booking process they already know.
Paul Raymond, HotelHub’s chief commercial officer, said, “From day one, our mission at HotelHub has been to tackle the obstacles faced by TMCs when it comes to booking hotels.” The integration into Concur Travel, he said, “will empower TMCs to deliver the right content, in the right place, at the right price, and reinforce their value proposition to customers.”
A number of SAP Concur and HotelHub customers are already in the process of implementing the new integration, with the first launch expected in the third quarter of 2025.
