Flight Centre Travel Group Brands in 3-Year Extension of HotelHub Contract

Partnership was launched in 2021

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate brands — FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller — and HotelHub, a hotel booking technology provider for TMC’s, announced they have agreed to a three-year extension to their current contract. FCTG initially selected HotelHub to provide a hotel booking and distribution solution for its corporate brands in 2021, citing HotelHub’s “leading experience and proven track record.”

The contract renewal, said the announcement, follows a “successful” four-year partnership during which FCTG has leveraged HotelHub’s smart technology to enhance its multi-source hotel offering across both agent and traveler booking tools, including Corporate Traveller’s Melon platform and FCM Booking.

Paul Raymond, HotelHub’s chief commercial officer, said, “From Day One, this has been a true collaboration, and it has been fantastic to see FCTG embrace the full spectrum of HotelHub functionalities to drive their corporate business to the next level.”

Kelly Spencer, head of corporate content and supply for FCTG, said, “HotelHub’s independent, efficient and scalable approach to their technology has truly allowed us to tailor our hotel product offering globally, ensuring corporate customers not only have access to preferred content but can rely on greater cost control while meeting compliance and duty of care standards.”
