The FCM Consulting logo is prominently displayed against a background of towering, modern skyscrapers. The logo features bold black letters "FCM" with the "M" accented in bright green, symbolizing growth and innovation, followed by "Consulting" in a sleek gray font. The upward perspective of the buildings conveys ambition, progress, and professionalism in a corporate environment.

FCM Meetings & Events (FCM M&E), the meetings and events division of FCM Travel, unveiled its Reporting & Analytics Tool. According to an announcement, the solution was “crafted to reshape the MICE [meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) sector for clients around the world,” promising to “enhance operational functionality, deliver confirmed savings, enable informed decision-making, and ensure comprehensive peace of mind.”

Gabriella Antoniotti, business leader, Americas, said that “as global corporate environments continue to evolve rapidly, it’s important for organizations to adopt leading-edge solutions that boost seamless operations while generating substantial value.” She added, “Our innovative tool is designed to fulfill these needs by integrating all meetings and events data into a cohesive and advanced dashboard, thereby allowing clients to concentrate on their core business activities without the burden of manual reporting.”

In addition to the new tool, FCM M&E has integrated its offering into the FCM platform by introducing venue sourcing and event requests. These complementary tools strengthen relationships through increased engagement and business volume.

The core version of FCM Venue Finder and the new Meeting Request Form are accessible to new and existing customers, and the integration provides a centralized hub for venue selection, streamlined processes, and improved collaboration – on top of the Reporting & Analytics Tool.

Results of a recent survey that formed part of FCM M&E’s inaugural Global Trends Report showed almost 40% of respondents did not have a clear view of their meetings and events budget for this year. “Big, small, or the unknown, one thing’s clear: when the budget’s blurry, planners need to get even sharper,” said Antoniotti. She added. “This is where our new tool comes into play – giving customers a total oversight over budgets and spend.”

Simone Seiler, global general Manager, FCM Meetings & Events, said, “We believe this tool will redefine how businesses manage their MICE portfolios. Our customers will not only gain fresh insights, but they’ll be better positioned to leverage those insights for strategic growth.”

Initially targeting markets in the US and Australia/New Zealand, the tool will see a staggered release. Over the coming months, a phased rollout will begin in the UK, followed by continental Europe, Asia and Mexico, with plans for global adoption.
