Amgine, the AI-based corporate travel automation provider, has announced the launch of JENi 2.0, its traveler-facing experience that gives travelers a more intuitive, personalized way to book travel.
JENi 2.0 is a technology layer that fits into any travel ecosystem, built to operate seamlessly within existing travel management company workflows. The technology is not a tool travelers log into or a platform that agencies bolt into their stack, but works behind the scenes as part of a TMC’s existing infrastructure.
JENi 2.0 allows travelers to request, shop, book, change and manage travel through any channel while allowing agencies to maintain the policy controls, compliance, and servicing models their clients require. Travelers interact through familiar channels while JENi automatically applies policy, traveler preferences, booking history, and agency workflows to generate personalized recommendations, offering high touch, low touch and no touch flows.
Agencies retain control over the bookings while travelers receive a faster, more intuitive experience. Travelers can also modify or cancel itineraries directly booked through any online booking tool, extending Amgine’s automation across the full trip lifecycle.
JENi 2.0 supports both transient and group air travel within a single, fully customizable experience. A single search presents flights, hotels, and car options simultaneously, all within policy. JENi 2.0 is an agnostic platform that fits with any travel ecosystem and can be white-labeled by TMCs. JENi 2.0 is now available as part of Amgine’s platform and is already being rolled out with leading global and regional TMC partners.
“For too long, the industry has asked TMCs and travelers to adapt to tools that weren’t built for them,” said Greg Apple, CEO of Amgine. “JENi 2.0 is different because it isn’t just another tool. It’s an experience that runs in the background. JENi 2.0 is designed for the real world. It’s compliant, personalized, and simple enough that our message to partners and travelers alike is: the future has arrived, just turn us on.”
