Tokyo — The JW Marriott Hotel Tokyo has opened with 200 rooms above the new Takanawa Gateway Station and 20 minutes from Tokyo Haneda Airport. The hotel has multiple restaurants and bars; an Executive Lounge offering multiple meal services daily; 12,270 square feet of event space; and a spa.

Newman, Ga. — StudioRes by Marriott Newman has opened with 124 rooms, each with a full kitchen and a dedicated workspace. Located near major employers and healthcare centers, the property features 24-hour fitness and laundry facilities.
