Delta will launch new routes from Boston to Madrid (daily, beginning May 16) and Nice (three times weekly, May 17).
Paul Baldoni, senior vice president of network planning, said, “As a cornerstone of Delta’s global network, Boston plays a vital role in connecting our customers to the world.” By adding nonstop service to Madrid and Nice, he said, “we’re enhancing our European network and continuing our commitment to providing an exceptional travel experience from start to finish.”
The new flights will be operated by the Airbus A330-900neo, featuring four product experiences with all travelers having access to Delta Studio entertainment, and SkyMiles members getting fast, free WiFi powered by T-Mobile.
With these additions, Delta will now serve 12 European destinations from Boston, offering travelers more ways to connect across the continent.
Further enhancing this network, said the announcement, Delta’s expanded service to Barcelona and Milan adds even more options for Boston travelers. Daily flights to Barcelona begin May 7, and four-times-weekly service to Milan starts May 16.
