Data makes everyone sit up and take notice, but only Phat Data leads to wisdom and delivers results
The most critical component to Phat Data is having impactful outcomes. Without good outcomes, what’s the point? These outcomes are derived from better, more accurate and actionable data.  

If buyers are following the two key principles of Phat Data – getting to wisdom and building a Phat Data strategy – there are four key common outcomes that they will more than likely experience.  Each of these enables a travel buyer to design a strategic travel program and create a new visibility up the ranks of leadership within their respective organizations.

The first outcome a buyer can expect to see is a change in the relationship between the buyer and the supplier. When buyers focus on obtaining actionable data regarding their program’s relationship to their suppliers, they find that they can now build a more accurate picture of their spend. As a result they are able to leverage their spend differently.
