The Long and the Short of It

Brevity may be the soul of wit, but can the same be said of an effective travel policy?
A company’s travel policy is a distillation of a lot of factors – corporate culture, budget constraints, current travel trends, traveler preferences and more – as we discover in this month’s feature Pathways to Policy (page 32). Then you need to decide what’s the right amount of information for travelers to have about that policy –detailed enough to be comprehensive, but clear enough to stay comprehensible.
