Ground transportation for big meetings and events is complicated – but failure is not an option
Most of us have been there at one time or another. It’s the end of one of those seemingly unending conferences and all you really want now is to get on the airplane and head home. But first you have to get to the airport. Pulling your roller bag with one hand and clutching your laptop with the other you head for the pickup area. Someone at the concierge desk told you to look for the motor coach with the red sign in the windshield. Problem is, all of them have red signs.

“It’s just controlled chaos,” says David Seelinger, president of ground transportation provider EmpireCLS. “Everybody comes out of the hotel or meeting center” at the same time. Seems they’re all in search of that elusive ride to the airport.
