Experience Counts

Travel takes its toll, and until we know the true costs, business travelers will pay the price
Let’s face it – with all the chatter about technology and connectivity and mobility these days, one trend that has kept a solid upward trajectory is the demand for business travel itself. Good, old-fashioned, hit-the-road, shake ‘n’ howdy business travel.

Now that’s not to say all those other things don’t have a dramatic impact; they certainly do. But one could argue that these are enablers of travel, not to be confused with the fundamentals of travel. In fact the case could be made that as travel enablers get better – improved means of transport, refined mobile devices, more convenient booking tools – travel itself becomes more accessible, and the demand curve continues to rise.
