Continental Airlines will launch twice-daily, nonstop flights to London Heathrow from both its Newark and Houston hubs on March 29, subject to government approval and slot approval.
Continental Airlines will launch twice-daily, nonstop flights to London Heathrow from both its Newark and Houston hubs on March 29, subject to government approval and slot approval. Continental will continue to offer nonstop flights to London Gatwick from Newark (twice daily), Houston (daily) and Cleveland (daily, seasonal).
In addition, the airline has applied to the Department of Transportation to provide daily, overnight service between Houston and Bogota, Colombia. The DOT plans to allocate up to four daily flights to Colombia by US carriers by October 2008.
