To keep a finger on the pulse of your travel program, ask your travelers – and be prepared to act on the answers
The success of your travel program increasingly hinges on keeping travelers ‘in the loop’ on policy decisions, supplier mix and day-to-day processes. Regular traveler surveys can provide key feedback from road warriors – but as we report in our feature story Survey Says… (page 16), how often and when to ask the questions may be as important as what to ask.

But as with most things in travel management, the means of tapping into the information surveys provide can be very different.
