TripActions, the travel and spend management platform, announced the launch of a Reed & Mackay-operated offering for global VIPs. TripActions acquired Reed & Mackay, a corporate travel and events business, in May. According to an announcement, the solution combines the user-first experience of TripActions technology with expert consultants from Reed & Mackay. The new offering is the first customer-facing collaboration from the recently joined companies. TripActions clients who employ the VIP program will gain access to  “high-end, worldwide support paired with a cloud-based, user-first technology platform.” A behind-the-scenes integration enables Reed & Mackay consultants to work within an advanced and proprietary agent environment that has evolved over more than a decade, enabling unrivaled high-touch service. Ariel Cohen, CEO of TripActions, said the joint offering “solves the once-impossible task of blending premium service with modern cloud technology and support,” He said that while travelers “are already exceptionally served by the core travel and spend offering at TripActions,” enterprise customers “need access to bespoke, exacting service for executives and C-suite leaders.” VIP clients supported by the Reed & Mackay team, said the announcement, enjoy enhanced service that includes corporate jet bookings, incident management, boutique itinerary management, fast-track immigration, and black car service, all delivered by tenured travel consultants with an average of more than 15 years of experience.
