TripActions the corporate travel and expense management platform, has launched TripActions Enterprise Edition, which provides a comprehensive, unified T&E solution “ combining the best booking experience, robust global inventory, expert 24/7 travel agent service, and modern payments and expense tech—all from a single, trusted partner,” according to an announcement. Ariel Cohen, CEO, said the product “offers robust capabilities previously only available to enterprises by stitching together multiple, disparate legacy technologies.” He said that with TripActions Enterprise Edition, travel managers no longer have to compromise between cost control and traveler safety. Danny Finkel, chief travel officer, told BTE that the new product “takes the TripActions DNA” and applies it to a product geared to global enterprise organizations. Meagen Eisenberg, CMO, said there is no better time than now to switch platforms as travel levels remain low. As travel resumes, she said, companies “can emerge with better policy and safety control – using a single platform that allows visibility and controls.” According to the announcement, more organizations of every size found themselves unprepared for COVID-19 as a result of the limitations of their existing TMC’s and the tools they were working with. Enterprise Editions features: a personalized AI-powered booking and payments experience across web and mobile; a marketplace with robust inventory through multiple points of sale and diversified sourcing including GDS and new distribution capability; dedicated in-house travel agents providing support; strategic consulting services; duty of care and traveler safety features; and “powerful” cost-savings tools.
