Arrangement will enable travel managers to view bookings not made through corporate travel agency >>

Traxo, which offers travel data aggregation and itinerary intelligence, has launched a new partnership with easyJet, the European carrier. The announcement said corporate customers can benefit from having visibility of bookings made directly on easyJet’s website, via integrating the Traxo CONNECT platform to their internal systems. The platform, says the company, enables corporate travel managers to see when employees bypass their company’s corporate travel agency. Traxo CONNECT provides visibility of those previously “blind” bookings by bringing bookings made directly with the travel supplier into managed travel workflows, resolving the challenge of tracking bookings. Andrea Caulfield-Smith, head of business development for easyJet, said that by partnering with Traxo, corporate customers “get the most of both worlds – the same low fares and quality service they expect alongside the assurance of having visibility of those bookings and making them available to their duty of care provider for safety tracking.”
