Southwest Airlines has added new capabilities to its SWABIZ corporate booking portal, including international reservations, a travel fund report, hotel bookings and enhanced reporting. Travelers and managers can now book and fly to any of the carrier’s 11 international destinations on SWABIZ, and include EarlyBird Check-In on international reservations as well. Travel managers with full access to SWABIZ can view all unused and non-expired Southwest funds connected to their SWABIZ company numbers. Hotel booking capability is a returning feature. It makes SWABIZ a one-stop tool for hotel booking, in addition to air and car bookings. Enhanced reporting now includes more details, including: scheduled flight arrival time, type of booking channel used for the source of sale and day of travel contact information. Other changes coming this year will include enhanced traveler tracking, a new home page and a simpler reservation booking process.
