Serko to Develop Solution in Partnership With Booking.com

Serko, a travel and expense technology company, will develop and bring to market its Zeno solution in partnership with Booking.com. Jonathan Starkings has been named as Head of Booking.com Partnership to lead the initiative. Starkings is an experienced travel technology executive who previously held roles as senior director of travel, EMEA at Groupon, commercial director at Expedia Group and digital marketing and revenue director at Langham Hotels. He will lead the multi-functional team at Serko across design, product and technology that is working to bring innovative solutions to the SME business travel market with Booking.com. Darron Grafton, Serko CEO, said that Starkings’ experience “helps us bridge the world between business travel and online retailing.” Booking Holdings took a cornerstone stake in Serko last October and signed commitments to expand its existing agreement with Serko so that Booking.com can offer and promote Zeno to its business traveler customers.
