Serko Limited, the business travel management technology company, has signed Washington, DC - based Connoisseur Travel as a Zeno reseller partner for North America. Zeno is Serko’s business and expense management platform. Connoisseur plans to quickly launch Zeno to its customer base, with 11 implementations in the next 30 days, and another 40 within 90 days. Connoisseur serves many law firms and humanitarian organizations, according to an announcement, “eager to access Zeno’s user-friendly booking platform and enhanced COVID-19 features as employees receive vaccinations and staff travel resumes.” Casey Soto, director of technology innovation and customer experience for Connoisseur, said the company had been “somewhat hesitant” to introduce an online booking tool to its customers because of the need for a high level of personalization and standards of service. Zeno, he said, can meet those standards. Clients will be able to take immediate advantage of: COVID-19 features that ensure health and safety standards are being followed; multi-passenger and guest traveler bookings; personal travel bookings; and a multi-source engine with content coming from suppliers as well as from NDC, GDS and multiple hotel content aggregators.
