Serko has signed Acendas Travel as a Zeno reseller partner for North America. Zeno is Serko’s travel booking and expense platform.  Joe Curtis, senior vice president corporate travel for Acendas, said Zeno would help his company better compete both in customer retention and acquisition in competitive bid situations. In addition to the user experience offered by Zeno, Acendas customers who choose to use the booking and expense tool will have access to the Zeno marketplace under the agreement, which allows travel program managers the ability to customize the preferred vendors in each travel category, “making life on the road easier for travelers and maximizing corporate negotiated rate value,” according to an announcement. The reseller agreement is part of Serko’s TMC Community Program, which provides benefits to agencies that sign partnership agreements for Zeno in 2020. The Community Program is designed to provide TMC’s a competitive advantage through accelerated onboarding, deferred implementation fees and zero minimums until 2021, as well as significant referral commissions for Zeno Expense.
