SAP Concur and Groupize, the meetings and event management platform, have partnered to introduce Concur Event Management by Groupize. According to the companies, the product centralizes meeting and event planning and management into a single end-to-end solution.

Packaged as a “solution extension,” the technology is now available in the US, accessible through the SAP Concur partner ecosystem and supported by Groupize. Features include more comprehensive spend governance on event travel, better policy compliance, and a user-friendly self-service experience for both professional planners and occasional meetings organizers.

The Concur Event Management by Groupize solution offers:
A highly configurable rules engine that enables flexibility in setting policies while increasing compliance for sourcing meetings and events spend. Integration with Concur Travel allows attendees to register and book travel in a seamless self-service registration experience.

Increased visibility into travelers’ whereabouts so companies can quickly meet duty of care responsibilities to ensure the health and safety of attendees and employees.
