FairFly, an airfare price assurance provider, has released FairFly Wellness, which offers travel and HR managers insights into how their travel programs impact the physical and mental health of their traveling colleagues. FairFly Wellness, according to an announcement, offers insights into the negative health impacts of delays, “red-eye” flights, airline quality, layovers, weekends away from home and even the “middle seat” problem. A Traveler Wellbeing Score (TWS) attached to each traveler provides at-a-glance insights into at-risk employees and recommends proactive measures to improve the quality of their travel. According to FairFly, employers often have attrition rates greater than 10 percent or even 15 percent for their road warriors, translating into millions of dollars in lost productivity, recruitment costs, long-term illness and intellectual capital. Aviel Siman-Tov, CEO, said that by analyzing traveler itineraries and the millions of data points the company already processes, FairFly is able to provide true data-driven insights into the health and wellbeing of every business traveler.
