Choice Hotels International has appointed Noha Abdalla as chief marketing officer, reporting directly to CEO Patrick Pacious. She will lead the company’s marketing, advertising, communications, and brand-building functions to advance Choice's corporate strategy across guest touchpoints. According to an announcement, Abdalla has more than 20 years of experience shaping business strategies and marketing solutions for several major organizations. She joins Choice Hotels from MyEyeDr.—a Goldman Sachs-equity backed optical company with more than 800 locations nationwide—where she served as chief marketing officer. Prior to that, Abdalla was vice president of digital and content marketing for Hilton. She has also held roles at Capital One and Discovery Inc.


Loews Hotels & Co. announced the promotion of Christi Davis from vice president to senior vice president of the Loews sales organization, with the responsibility of leading the company’s sales strategy and the organization’s evolution. She joined Loews in 2017 as a regional director of sales and marketing. Prior to joining the company, Davis worked for Journal Hotels and the Beverly Hilton.
