CWT has named Laura Watterson as chief human resources officer. She rejoins the company from Cambria where she served as chief human resources and risk officer, having been CWT’s senior vice president-global talent and rewards before that. She has also been chief human resources officer at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company.
Amtrak has named Roger Harris as president. He had been chief commercial officer in charge of marketing and revenue since April 2019. In addition, the company promoted Gerhard Williams to executive vice president of service, delivery and operations. He joined the rail line in 2017 and was most recently senior vice president of service delivery and operations.BCD Meetings & Events has named Renee Templeton as vice president, global people and culture (P&C). Templeton joins the company to lead its regional P&C, formerly called human resources, as well as collaborating across BCD on sustainability and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Most recently, Templeton led human resources for the IDEX Corporation, where she had global responsibility representing 1,300 employees and was a member of the senior leadership team.
