IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) has announced the promotion of Joanna Kurowska to director of operations, luxury and managed, northern Europe. In the newly established role, she will be working with IHG, owners and hotels to accelerate business processes and drive an increase in efficiency for all parties. Kurowska has been with IHG for eight years, most recently as operations finance director for the luxury and managed portfolio in Europe.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has appointed John Davison president/CEO. A 17-year veteran of the company, he has served as interim CEO since the end of 2018. Davison joined the company in 2002 and has served as CFO since 2005. He previously oversaw the brand’s global residential business. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Davison worked for 14 years at IMAX Corporation, including as president.

Radisson Hotel Group announced the appointment of Sergio Amodeo as CFO of Radisson Hospitality AB, and member of the global steering committee for Radisson Hotel group. He joins the company from TeamSystem group, a management software company in Italy where he was CFO since 2015. Prior to that he was CFO of Bolton Group, a privately owned consumer goods firm.

Silver Airways has named Todd Sims as vice president of information technology for the carrier and its subsidiary Seaborne Airlines. He brings more than 20 years of experience in developing and implementing information technology strategies globally to the airline. He had owned TS Computer Consulting, where he provided IT services for small to mid-size companies.
