Promotions at Provenance Hotels and a change in retirement plans at Delta Air Lines >>
Delta Air Lines has announced that Paul Jacobson, CFO, has rescinded his retirement plans to help the airline through the Covid-19 pandemic. The carrier had said in late February that he would retire, pending the naming of a successor. Jacobson has been with Delta since 1997 and was named CFO in 2012.
Provenance Hotels announced that Katherine Durant will assume the role of president, replacing the departing Bashar Wali. She will continue in her role as CEO. The company also named Ernest Glidden as CFO; Ralph Aruzza as CMO; and Klaudio Simic as senior vice president of operations. Glidden had been senior vice president for Caesars Entertainment Corporation; Aruzza served as executive vice president at Belmond; and Simic has been with Provenance since 2000.
