Travel Leaders Group has named J.D. O’Hara as president. He joins the company from Certares Management, LLC, where he served as senior partner. O’Hara was part of the original management buyout of Carlson Leisure Group from Carlson Companies in 2008 and has held various positions with TLG since. O’Hara has also worked in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
JetBlue has appointed Edward Baklor as vice president, inflight experience. He will join the airline in January and will lead the carrier’s 5,000 inflight crew members. Baklor has been serving as chief commercial officer for LaGuardia Gateway Partners, where he led the team that transformed the commercial and guest experiences at La Guardia’s Terminal B. He previously served as senior vice president of guest experience at WestJet.
Air France has named Anne Rigail as CEO. Previously executive vice president, she was appointed head of Air France customer services at Paris-Orly in 1996. In 1999, she became director of passenger and baggage connections at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and was subsequently head of customer and baggage products for ground operations. She had previously worked at Air Inter.
