FCM, a division of Flight Center Travel Group (FCTG), has promoted Alexandra de Vaux to senior vice president of sales, and Ben Johnson has been named director of customer strategy. De Vaux has been with FCTG for almost 15 years and most recently served as vice president of sales for the Americas. Johnson has been with FCTG for 12 years. Over the last decade, he has held multiple roles, most recently as director of strategic program management.


BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) has named Melissa Moten as vice president, North America, for The Collective, the company’s in-house creative agency offering distinctive brand experiences. She has previously worked with Allied PRA, Starwood Hotels and most recently Barton G., a hospitality company.


BCD Travel announced the appointment of Olivia Ruggles-Brise to the role of vice president, sustainability. She has more than 20 years of experience in international travel, tourism, hospitality and events in a variety of strategic sustainability, communications, policy and research roles. She previously was director for Greenview, a consulting and research firm that supports hospitality organizations in designing environmental, social and governance sustainability strategies.
