FCM has named Peter Psaltakis as vice president, global solutions engineering, and Suzanne Heller as global director, acquisition and enablement. Psaltakis will be responsible, according to an announcement, for ensuring that the strategy and delivery of solutions engineering is fully coordinated and aligned from both a product and thought leadership perspective across sales teams globally. He joined FCM in 2015 as a business development manager before taking the company’s first solutions engineering position in 2017. Heller’s role, said the announcement, is to help FCM improve its buyer relationships and engagements, drive internal alignment, increase the sales pipeline, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of sales development globally. She has been with FCM for more than seven years, most recently as director, sales and marketing operations for the Americas.

Corporate Traveler, Flight Center Travel Group’s (FCTG), specialist global travel management company for start-ups to mid-market businesses, has announced several leadership appointments within the Americas region. Tanya Le Page has been appointed senior vice president, operations; Ben Hobbs, senior vice president customer success, Dina Paglia, director of Implementation and onboarding, and John van den Heuvel, vice president - operations for Corporate Traveler USA. Le Page has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and was most recently leading the Corporate Traveler Corporation in Canada. Hobbs has also spent the last two decades in the industry, the last 13 with FCTG, most recently as vice president customer success for the US. Puglia has been with FCTG for the past seven years, most recently as director of SME implementation. Van Den Heuvel is also a 20-year veteran who has worked in multiple brands at FCTG, most recently as president of GOGO Vacations.
