Partnership Travel Consulting has added industry veteran Virginia Fitzpatrick as regional director-Australia, to head its Australia Business Travel Consulting Practice. Andrew Menkes, CEO, said Fitzpatrick is “a recognized thought leader for the business travel industry in Australia today.” Most recently, she served as head of sourcing and supply for ATPI. Fitzpatrick has also, said Menkes, developed and launched the specialist consulting brand 4D for FCM Solutions. In addition, Fitzpatrick worked as a general manager with CAPA.
Virgin Hotels has named Todd Orlich as vice president of operations - North America. He brings over 25 years of experience to the position. Most recently, Orlich was managing director of 1 Hotel Toronto. Previously he was regional vice president and general manager of Delano for SBE, including overseeing the SBE portfolio of hotels in Miami.
