Rosewood Hotel Group has named Robert Cheng as vice president of brand marketing and communications. He will head the group’s strategic branding and communications. Cheng has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, marketing and business development across a variety of industries in many countries. He has served as group vice president of marketing for The Peninsula Hotels.

Cendyn, a travel technology company, has named Jill Cully as vice president of sales for the Americas. Prior to joining Cendyn, Jill held executive positions at TSA Solutions, TravelClick and Hilton. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the sales team in the Americas.

Provenance Hotels promoted John Price to regional director of operations for the company’s independent hotels in Tennessee and Louisiana. He was previously general manager of the Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery in New Orleans. In his new role, Price will oversee operations, revenue generation, cost and quality management and capital planning, as well as the takeover and repositioning of future Provenance properties.

Global Hotel Alliance has appointed Robin Korman as head of loyalty marketing & CRM. The newly-created role involves growing the Discovery loyalty program. Korman has 25 years of experience in marketing at Starwood, Wyndham and non-hospitality companies. She was most recently a consultant to hotel companies and other businesses.
