IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) has appointed Heather Balsley as senior vice president, global loyalty & partnership; and Jennifer Gribble as senior vice president, global marketing, mainstream brands. Balsley is a 13-year IHG veteran who previously served as senior vice president, global marketing, mainstream brands. Gribble has been at IHG for more than 16 years, previously serving as vice president, Holiday Inn Express, Avid Hotels and Atwell Suites.



Dream Hotel Group has named Kanvar Singh as vice president of operations. He began his career as a front desk agent at The Time New York in 2002, rising through the ranks to become a general manager in 2008 and area managing director in 2016.




BCD Meetings & Events has named Bruce Morgan as COO. He has 25 years of industry experience across various functions and global regions, 15 of those with BCD M&E. The company conducts business in over 54 markets, 28 of which are wholly owned and operated.




Dots & Lines Inc., a marketing and communications consultancy, named Julie Sickel as managing director EMEA. Dots & Lines Inc. is part of The Nina & Pinta Group, consultants to managed travel companies. Under her leadership, Dots & Lines will open a London office. Previously, Sickel led marketing content creation for the B2B corporate travel arm of HRS, a provider of technology solutions in the hospitality industry.
