HillenmeyerTripBAM, the hotel shopping, benchmarking and analytics provider, has named Jeff Hillenmayer as executive vice president of account management and Brett Rance as account director Europe/Middle East/Africa. Hillenmmayer will be responsible for the management of current client relationships as well as the launch and leadership of a new consulting group. He had been director of meetings and transient sourcing at HRS, the hotel solutions company, and has also worked at Lanyon. Rance, who will work in London, has over 30 years of corporate travel industry experience, including 27 years with BCD Travel.

Lola.com, the travel management technology company, has named Tim Knowling as vice president of partnerships. He is a 10-year veteran of Kayak, most recently serving as senior vice president-strategic partnerships. He has also worked at American Airlines and A.T. Kearney, a consulting company.


Kistler
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has named Matt Kistler as senior vice president of global insights, analytics and data, charged with elevating the company’s consumer insights and marketing effectiveness. He has served as senior vice president, global consumer insights and analytics at Walmart.




LeskinenUnited Airlines named Michael Leskinen as vice president of corporate development and investor relations. He currently serves as managing director of investor relations. Prior to joining United in January 2018, Leskinen was an executive director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management.




LeBlancBest Western Hotels & Resorts has named Brad LeBlanc as senior vice president and chief development officer. He will oversee North American development. With more than 30 years of hospitality experience, LeBlanc most recently served as senior vice president of franchise and partner development with Serendipity Labs, a supplier of hospitality-focused workspaces. He has also worked for Choice Hotels and U.S. Franchise Systems.



RafiqMGM Resorts has appointed Atif Rafiq as president of commercial and growth, charged with developing new customer experiences, business models and revenue streams. He had been chief digital officer at McDonald’s Corporation and most recently worked at Volvo Cars.
