Hiroshima – Hilton Hiroshima has opened, the first for the company’s flagship brand in the city. Located in the center of the city, the property is within a 10-minute drive from Hiroshima Station. The newly built 420-room hotel houses one of the largest convention facilities in the region, accommodating events of more than 1,000 people with 19 banquet and meeting rooms. Additional facilities include four restaurants, an executive lounge, a fitness center, an indoor pool and a spa.
Bessemer, Ala. – The 66-room Red Roof Plus+ &Suites has opened. The property features free WiFi, business center, coin laundry, snack center and free coffee in the lobby.
Helsinki – The 352-room Scandic Helsinki Hub has opened in a 1920’s printing house. The property has eight meeting spaces with a maximum capacity of 520, as well as a co-working lounge. Amenities include a restaurant, two bars, a gym and a sauna.
Münster, Germany – Accor has opened two locations in Münster. The 117-room Novotel Münster City has a restaurant and six conference rooms. The 123-room Ibis Münster Munster City has a large lobby offering snacks and drinks. The two hotels are located centrally on the Münsteraner Stadtring, just a few minutes from the historic city center and Münster train station.
Muscat, Oman – InterCity Hotel Muscat has opened with 273 rooms. The property includes a Business Floor offering business rooms and suites with added benefits that include early check-in, late checkout, complimentary welcome drinks and VIP in-room amenities. The hotel features the all-day-dining restaurant Citrine as well as a lobby cafe, a pool and gym, a spa with six treatment rooms, four multi-function meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 135 guests and A’Raya Ballroom which can accommodate up to 1,200 guests.
