Atlanta – The 175-room Hyatt Place Atlanta/Centennial Park has opened with free WiFi, 24-hour food offerings including a breakfast bar and The Market, a rooftop pool on the third floor, a fitness center and 1,983 square feet of meeting space.


London – The 307-room Biltmore Mayfair has opened as Europe’s first LXR Hotels & Resorts property; LXR is Hilton’s luxury hotel collection. Features of the hotel include 57 suites, several restaurants and bars and meeting space for up to 700. There is also a fitness center.


Euless, Texas – The 132-room Aloft Dallas Euless has opened eight miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Amenities include free WiFi, large-screen LCD TV’s, lounge and bar, outdoor pool, large outdoor patio with bar service, fitness center and 3,500 square feet of meeting space.


Columbia, S.C. – The dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Downtown and Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbia Downtown have opened with a total of 223 rooms and suites. There are two distinct dining areas and a shared fitness center and indoor heated pool. There is 4,500 square feet of meeting space for up to 600 people. The Hilton Garden Inn offers The Shop, a 24-hour grab-and-go retail space; and rooms with mini-fridges, microwave ovens and Keurig coffee makers. It also offers free WiFi and a fitness center. Home2 Suites offers all-suite accommodations with full kitchens, as well as free breakfast and WiFi and a heated indoor pool.


McKinney, Texas – SpringHill Suites by Marriott has opened with 125 suites near downtown McKinney. Each suite features a West Elm sofa that converts to a daybed or a trundle bed, as well as designated workspace. Amenities include free WiFi, same-day dry cleaning, guest laundry, 24/7 market, outdoor pool, fitness center and 750 square feet of meeting space.
