Amsterdam — Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam has opened in the city center in a building dating to 1856. The 402-room property has several restaurants and bars, a spa and meeting space for up to 1,500 people.

Tampa —The Tampa Edition has opened as part of Water Street Tampa, a $3.5 billion urban mixed-use development. The hotel has 172 hotel rooms and 38 private residences, a rooftop terrace with a pool, a spa, fitness center and seven bars and restaurants. The second floor has a 250-guest private event space and a series of meeting rooms, including two studios and a boardroom.

Dresden — The 173-room Meininger Hotel Dresden Zentrum has opened between the central rail station and the central bus station. The property features guest kitchens, a bar, a roof patio and a grocery store.

Morganton, N.C. — The 43-room SureStay Hotel by Best Western Morganton has opened a short drive from downtown Morganton. It features free breakfast and WiFi, 24-hour fitness center and guest laundry.

Washington DC — The 296-room CitizenM Washington DC NoMa has opened, the second location for the chain in the city. It is located in the NoMa neighborhood, 25 minutes from Reagan Airport and adjacent to a metro station. Rooms feature extra-long king-size beds, LED/LCD TVs offering streaming options and free super-fast WiFi. Amenities include a retail store, a 24/7 dining area with grab-and-go food and drinks, three meeting rooms, a bar and a living room with books, art, designer furniture and designated working areas.

Taipei — The 278-room Hyatt Place New Taipei City Xinzhuang has opened, the first for the brand in Taiwan. The hotel offers free WiFi and breakfast, The Market for 24-hour convenience food offerings, 24/7 fitness center and 969 square feet of event space.

Perth, Scotland — Radisson Blue Hotel, Perth has opened in a landmark property that was originally a British railway hotel dating to 1890. It has 75 rooms, a restaurant, two bars, a gym, two ballrooms and five large meeting rooms.
