Des Moines – The 91-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Des Moines Downtown has opened, six miles from Des Moines International Airport. Amenities include a fitness center, valet laundry service, outdoor patio with a fireplace, free WiFi and breakfast, and a bar.



Ho Chi Minh City – Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport has opened 10 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport and 20 minutes from the city center. The 350-room property, including 100 suites, offers a 50-yard pool, a 24-hour gym, several restaurants and meeting space for up to 1,200 people, all on the same floor.



New York – Radisson Hotel New York Midtown-Fifth Avenue (230 rooms) and Radisson Hotel New York Wall Street (289 rooms) have opened. The midtown property offers free WiFi, a fitness center and meeting space. Amenities at the Wall Street hotel in downtown Manhattan include a fitness center, free WiFi, a restaurant and nearly 3,000 square feet of meeting space.

Seoul – Andaz Seoul Gangnam has opened in the center of the city with direct access to Apgujeong metro station and near a bridge connecting northern and southern Seoul. Each of the 241 rooms has floor-to-ceiling windows. There are several bars and restaurants, a pool and fitness center and meeting space for up to 250 people.
