Seoul – The 296-room Mondrian Seoul Itaewon has opened, the first for the brand in the Asia-Pacific region. The hotel features several restaurants and bars, an 8,400 square-foot ballroom and five meeting rooms with a total of 500 square feet of space, fitness center and full-length pool.
Titusville, Fla. – Extended Stay America Titusville has opened with 124 rooms minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. Rooms feature full kitchens, recliners, spacious workspace and television streaming capabilities. Amenities included free WiFi, a fitness room and laundry.
Nashville – The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has opened in the downtown’s SoBro district. The 297-room property features several restaurants and bars, a rooftop pool and lounge, a rooftop spa and more than 22,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor meeting space.
Lakeway, Texas – The 88-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott has opened on the campus of the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. Rooms offer separate living, working and sleeping spaces, as well as a three-in-one West Elm sofa and a designated workspace. Amenities include free breakfast and WiFi, meeting room, guest laundry, 24/7 market, indoor pool and a fitness center.
