Lima, Peru – Hampton by Hilton Lima San Isidro has opened, the first for the brand in the country and the 2,500th location for the brand. The property offers free breakfast and WiFi, and free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day. There are business and fitness centers and meeting rooms.
Phoenix – DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Chandler has opened with 160 rooms 12 miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It offers a lobby lounge and bar with indoor and outdoor seating, a pool, a casual dining restaurant, a fitness center and 2,200 square feet of meeting space.
Sunnyvale, Calif. – Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale-Silicon Valley has opened in what was a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. After an extensive renovation, the property now offers updated guest rooms, meeting spaces and restaurants. The property, located near major corporations in Silicon Valley, offers a complimentary shuttle to nearby company offices. The 180-room property has a pool, a restaurant and bar, fitness and business centers and 2,000 square feet of meeting space.
Richmond Heights, Mo. – Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood has opened with 141 rooms six minutes from downtown St. Louis. The property features the brand’s latest lobby design with an open and modern environment; a Bistro serving food and beverages through the day; and a business library with several computer terminals.
Gainesville, Texas – The 83-room Fairfield by Marriott inn & Suites Gainesville has opened with a 24/7 Corner Market, and complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Amenities include an indoor pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service and 540 square feet of meeting space.
Madrid – Hotel Riu Plaza España has opened, the first Riu hotel in Madrid. Located on Gran Via, the 585-room property has an outdoor pool on the 21st floor, a restaurant, a lobby bar and two sky bars. The property has 53,820 square feet of meeting space for up to 1,500 people.
