Katy, Texas – The 92-room Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Houston Katy has opened. Each room features a modern lounge chair, mobile desk, couch, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave and the latest in-room entertainment technology. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, valet laundry service, and complimentary WiFi and breakfast.
Albuquerque – The 92-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott Albuquerque Old Town has opened seven miles from Albuquerque International Sunport and five minutes from downtown. Rooms offer full kitchens and separate living/working and sleeping areas. The property features indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, boardroom, laundry and free WiFi.
Jersey City, N.J. – Canopy by Hilton Jersey City Arts District has opened with 211 rooms in the heart of the city and offering easy access to New York City. The “connected rooms” allow guests to adjust temperature, lighting, TV and more from their smart phones. There is a restaurant and bar, free bikes, 1,400 square feet of meeting space, 24-hour fitness center and a transfer lounge for guests arriving early or leaving late.
Charlotte, N.C. – Grand Bohemian Hotel Charlotte has opened with 254 rooms, including 32 suites. The property has a spa, 16,000 square feet of outdoor and indoor event spaces, Starbucks Coffee Shop, restaurant and rooftop bar.
Dallas – The Kimpton Pittman Hotel has opened in the historic Knights of Pythias Temple in the Deep Ellum neighborhood. The 165-room property offers a 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool, free bicycles, a tavern and over 8,000 square feet of meeting space.
