Nashville — The 215-room 1 Hotel Nashville has opened in the heart of the city. The property has three dining outlets, a spa, fitness studio and over 32,000 square feet of meeting space. Sustainability features include wooden room keys, in-room chalkboards to reduce paper use, closet hangers fashioned from 100% recycled paper, in-room carafes made from recycled wine bottles, and the 1 Less Thing year-round program, which enables guests to leave behind gently used clothing items for 1 Hotel to donate to local organizations.
Jaipur, India — The 245-room Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar has opened. It features a 41-room Regency Club, multiple restaurants and bars and over 53,000 square feet of event space. The property also offers a 24-hour fitness studio and an outdoor pool.
Los Angeles — The Conrad Los Angeles has opened, the first for the brand in the state. Situated within The Grand LA shopping, dining, entertainment and residential space, the 305-room property was designed by architect Frank Gehry. The hotel has multiple restaurants and bars.
Jakarta — Park Hyatt Jakarta has opened in the city’s central business district. The hotel occupies the top 17 floors of the 37-story Park Tower. All 220 rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and large flat-screen TVs with an integrated media hub. There are multiple restaurants and bars and event space for up to 750 people, as well as a spa and fitness center.
