Greensboro, N.C. — The 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites Greensboro Downtown has opened, the first Hilton-operated property in downtown Greensboro. It is located within minutes of the Greensboro Coliseum. The property has two conference rooms, saltwater pool, fitness center, large covered outdoor patio, lobby bar and attached parking deck.
Asheville, N.C. — TownePlace Suites Asheville Downtown has opened with 83 rooms. The all-suite property offers fully equipped kitchens, outdoor fireplaces and grills and a 24-hour fitness center.
Cebu City, Philippines — Holiday Inn Cebu City has opened with 180 rooms in the center of the city’s premier business district. The hotel’s seventh floor houses leisure, dining and events facilities, including an outdoor pool; 24-hour fitness center; and three function rooms that can accommodate business meetings, corporate events and social gatherings for up to 120 people. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar.
Copenhagen — The 632-room Scandic Spectrum has opened with a large wellness area, two restaurants, a rooftop bar and large event spaces. It’s the company’s largest hotel yet. The hotel also has nine conference rooms on the top floor, several of which have access to the rooftop terrace, and four event spaces that can accommodate more than 300 people.
Tirana, Albania — Radisson Collection Morina Hotel, Tirana has opened with 49 rooms. It offers an all-day restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools and a meeting room for up to 100 people.
Surat, India — Park Inn by Radisson Surat has opened with 90 rooms in the coastal state of Gujarat, five miles from Surat International Airport. The hotel has 1,990 square feet of meeting space, an all-day restaurant and a cafe lounge,
