Chicago – Pendry Chicago has opened with 364 rooms in the 1920’s-era Carbide & Carbon Building, an Art Deco landmark. The hotel has 13,000 square feet of event space, a fitness center, a restaurant and a bar.

Istanbul – The 80-room Days Hotel by Wyndham Istanbul Maltepe has opened in the city’s business district a few minutes from the Gülsuyu train station. It features a spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, three restaurants and five meeting rooms for up to 350 guests.

Brussels – The Meininger Hotel Bruxelles Gare du Midi has opened within walking distance of the country’s largest rail station. The 150-room property offers a variety of rooms including double rooms, private multi-bed rooms and dormitory rooms. There is a lounge, breakfast room and bar.

Bahrain – The Swiss-Belsuites Admiral Juffair has opened with 174 suites about eight miles from Bahrain International Airport. The property offers an indoor pool, a gym, a health club and a restaurant.

Seoul – Josun Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has opened in the Gangnam neighborhood, the first for the brand in the country. Each of the 254 rooms has views overlooking the city and a private bar. The hotel has five food and beverage options, a pool, a fitness center and extensive meeting space.

New York – The 480-room M Social Times Square New York has opened, the brand’s first location in the US. M Social is operated by Millennium Hotels and Resorts. The property offers a bar and lounge, fitness center and free WiFi.
