Hamamatsu, Japan — Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel has opened with 236 rooms and suites. Located near key transport hubs, according to an announcement, the property offers three dining venues, 13 flexible event spaces and wellness facilities.

Osaka — City Express by Marriott Shin-Imamiya (100 rooms) and City Express by Marriott Osaka Namba South (143 rooms) have opened, marking the debut in Asia (outside of China) of the brand. The hotels offer free coffee and tea anytime, and flexible workspaces.

Sacramento — Aiden Sacramento Downtown has opened. It features a fitness center, restaurant and cocktail lounge.  Rooms provide smart TVs, refrigerators and workspaces.

Houston — Red Lion Inn & Suites Houston IAH Airport has opened with 96 rooms. The hotel features a pool and health club, grab-and-go breakfast and free airport shuttle.
