Mountain View, Calif. — Aloft Mountain View has opened just north of San Jose after a major renovation of what was a Hilton Garden Inn. All rooms have 65-inch flat-screen HDTVs and fast WiFi. Amenities include a fitness center, a bar, grab-and-go snacks and beverages through the day and 2,112 square feet of event space.
Tallinn, Estonia — Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn has opened in the Estonian capital’s Old Town. The 287-room property has a fourth-floor relaxation area with a spa, pool and gym. The hotel offers two restaurants, with one on the roof. There is also a 10,700-square-foot conference center, accommodating up to 300 people.
Riga, Latvia — The 189-room Hampton by Hilton Riga Airport has opened a five-minute drive from Riga Airport and a 20-minute drive to the historic Riga Old Town. Amenities include a lounge with an all-day menu, 24-hour bar, fitness and business centers, and free breakfast and WiFi.
Seoul — The 274-room AC Hotel by Marriott Seoul Gangnam has opened in the Yeoksam-dong area of Gangnam district, which is home to the corporate headquarters of many multinational companies; and upscale shopping, dining and entertainment venues. The hotel features the AC Kitchen restaurant, a rooftop bar, a lounge, a gym and 2,346 square feet of function space.
Toledo, Ohio — A 217-room Hilton Garden Inn and a 93-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton have opened as Hiltons at Toledo Downtown. The project includes a restaurant and a gastropub. The properties offer more than 8,000 square feet of meeting space. Shared amenities include free WiFi, 24/7 fitness center, a business center and free breakfast.
Gaffney, S.C. — The 81-room Holiday Inn Express Gaffney has opened. It features free breakfast and WiFi, business and fitness centers, an outdoor pool and 400 square feet of meeting space.
