Lancaster, Pa. – The 127-suite Residence Inn Lancaster has opened near the Lancaster County Convention Center. The property offers studio and one-bedroom suites with free WiFi, work desk and ergonomic chair, and fully-equipped kitchens. Amenities include complimentary breakfast, food and beverage market, grocery delivery service and weeknight evening gatherings. There is also an indoor pool, fitness center and 750 square feet of meeting space.
Austin – Uptown Suites Extended Stay Austin – Downtown has opened, the seventh location for the all-suite brand. The hotel offers 129 rooms with free WiFi, Smart HDTVs, in-room kitchens, on-demand grocery delivery, on-site laundry, 24/7 gym and an electric car charging station.
Appleton, Wis. – The 227-room DoubleTree by Hilton has opened near downtown. The hotel offers a restaurant called The Watermark, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, free parking and WiFi, complimentary shuttle service within a five-mile radius and 5,600 square feet of meeting space.
Charleston, S.C. – Cambria Hotel Charleston Riverview has opened with 126 rooms minutes from the Historic Downtown District. The hotel features a restaurant called the Ripley Grill, meeting space for up to 100, fitness center, outdoor pool, free parking and shuttle within five miles.
London – Holmes Hotel London has opened in the Marylebone neighborhood after a major refurbishment of what had been a Park Plaza property. The hotel comprises four, four-story Georgian buildings with 118 rooms, three meeting spaces, a gym and an all-day restaurant called Kitchen at Holmes.
San Isidro, Peru – The 95-room Radisson Hotel Plaza del Bosque has opened in the San Isidro District, near many corporate offices. It offers a ninth-floor pool with views of the city, fitness center and free parking and WiFi. There is a restaurant onsite as well as meeting space for up to 300.
